From Quiet Cwms to High Mountain Tops

We'll be venturing past spectacular waterfalls and magnificent crags to the top of some of the most delightful ridges in Europe. There are more than enough wonderful walking routes to the summits (many over 3,000ft.) to keep us busy for a glorious week of fell bashing

The Home of Mountaineering
Every night will be spent in a hotel, inn or guest house each chosen for its special situation and the warmth of its welcome. For instance, on Monday night you'll find yourself following the footsteps of the famous as you stay in the Pen y Gwryd Hotel. They have been welcoming climbers here for 150 years. The team who first climbed Everest in 1953 trained here and presented the hotel with a piece of summit rock and other mementos on display in the bar.
Tryfan, one of Snowdonia's classic peaks  Snowdonia's most famous Mountains
Snowdon, Tryfan, Glyder Fawr, Carnedd Llewelwyn - the list reads like of roll call of Wales' classic peaks and you'll get the chance to walk up them! Although the places you'll stay are fixed in advance we alter the routes to suit the weather, experience and wishes of the group. In fourteen years of operation we've never had two treks the same! Every week brings different weather and different people and we pride ourselves in tailoring routes to suit them all!

Everything Included
As with all High Trek holidays, groups are small - never more than six, your luggage is transported, your packed lunches provided and you can borrow free of charge any equipment you might need. At the end of the week we'll give you a certificate showing the miles walked, the height gained and the names of the mountains you've climbed. We'll also be delighted to mark up a map with your route.
