We believe in planning for all eventualities whether it be accident,
cancellation or luggage loss and recommend that you take out insurance.
We have negotiated special cover for our clients and a SUMMARY is set out
below. You are, of course, very welcome to arrange your own insurance if
you prefer.
Specimen Policies The policy has been arranged by Belmont International Limited and is underwritten by Union Reiseversicherung AG. Specimen policies are available on request.
| Cancellation (due to death injury or illness of insured, travelling companion or close relative or business colleague) - up to final invoice costs. Does not cover pre-existing or re-occurring health conditions |
| Personal Possessions- up to £1,000 (single item £200) |
| Personal Money- up to £200 |
| Emergency Medical Expenses- up to £1000 plus £10 for each full day in hospital (max £150) |
| Curtailment (cutting short holiday)- unused portion of costs up to final invoice costs. |
| Personal Liability - up to £2 million |
| Personal Accident - up to £10,000 for accidental death, loss of arms or
legs, permanently unable to work
Excess - £40 (lost deposit only £15) |
