Deposit
A (non-returnable) deposit of £100 is required with your booking.

Payment
The balance is due six weeks before the start date. No contract exists
until we have acknowledged your booking with a receipt and an invoice for
the balance.

Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel after your booking has been confirmed, write
to us. The date of cancellation shall be the date we receive this communication.

Cancellation Charges
Up to six weeks before start - deposit only
Six to two weeks before start - 75% full Cost
Less than two weeks - 100% full cost

Changes
We will try to accommodate requests for changes in bookings and where
this is possible we will charge £20 administration fee.

Minors
We do not accept bookings from unaccompanied under 18 year olds.

Liability
High Trek Snowdonia accepts no liability for the death of or personal
injury to, any persons on their breaks, nor for any loss or damage resulting
therefrom unless caused by the proven negligence of the company or its
servants. We do not accept any liability for loss or damage to personal
property (including vehicles). Nor do we accept responsibility for loss
or expense due to delays or changes in travel services, sickness, weather
or any other cause outside the control of High Trek Snowdonia.

Complaints
If you have any complaints let us know as soon as possible during your
break and we'll do our best to sort things out.

Insurance
In your own interests you are strongly recommended to take out insurance
cover against personal injury, accident, luggage loss and cancellation .We
have negotiated special cover. Please see our details or contact your broker.

Alterations to Activities
In the interest of your safety and enjoyment routes and activities
are entirely at the discretion of your leader or instructor. Clients must
recognise that mountain activities are hazardous by their nature and must
accept a certain element of risk.
